Cubic Zirconia Engagement Ring

How many people would rather get a cubic zirconia engagement ring in comparison with a diamond one? Can I have a show of hands please?  Anybody? No?

Early America was burdened, burdened by the knowledge that they were oppressing a race, purely for the color of their skin. Today though, we think of ourselves as being wiser, more liberal minded and free spirited. But are we really as free as we might think? How many times have we wanted to change what we looked like because it was considered ‘not good-looking’ or how many times have we lied about the price of something we love, just so that people will see the value of it as much as you do. This simple principal of life, if applied to a lot of important rites of passage in our society, can not only save money but also succeed in capturing the essence of the event.

Take an engagement for example. When you find that perfect somebody, it is a must that you ask for their hand with something that is symbolic of their personality and inner being. What we tend to forget sometimes is that there is no price tag on that. This is why I believe that a cubic zirconia engagement ring is a perfect form of capturing the purity of thought in a relationship.

A cubic zirconia engagement ring is perfect for a loved one because it is symbolic of all the features of love while a diamond engagement ring is not. A cubic zirconia engagement ring is beautiful. It is beautiful because the stone can be picked in a variety of colors and has an inner brightness to it that a cloudy diamond cannot match. It’s true, a diamond is not as bright as zirconia. A diamond ring on the other hand is beautiful only because of the massive price tag it comes with. And many tend to associate the price tag on their engagement ring, to represent how much they mean to the other person. Now we know that there’s no hope for right to win over wrong in this world if people start putting a price tag on love. But it’s happening and no one’s stopping it.

A cubic zirconia engagement ring also has fewer boundaries than a diamond ring. This is because it can be as big as you want without creating a dent, the size of your future house with an en- suite swimming pool, in your wallet. A cubic zirconia engagement ring therefore comes in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit exactly what is perfect for your loved one.  Wear your cubic zirconia engagement ring with pride. Prove to yourself that you are not a slave to mundane norms and commercialism. And the next time anyone asks you if your enormous engagement ring is a diamond (gasp)? Don’t lie, you don’t have to.
